Hello! My name is Chandler Nemitz. I am the owner/operator of Optimum Air Conditioning located in SWFL. I have been in the AC business for 8 years as an HVAC installer, install manager, and now as a business owner. After working in the industry for years, I have made the decision that I wanted to build my own HVAC company that is based on honesty, quality, and exceptional customer service.
